General Policy
- Please make the payment within 7 days to secure your lesson time.
- Kindly note that your scheduled lesson will commence upon receipt of payment.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any incurring fees.
- Full session fee will be deducted if notification is made less than 24 hours.
- In the event of an emergency or sickness, students are allowed one emergency cancellation per term. Written notice should be provided at least 2 hour in advance in such cases.
