Private Class Policy 課程規定
  • Scheduling Lessons: Lesson times for the Small Bite and Big Bite plans will be scheduled upon registration. For the Any Bite plan, lessons should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure lesson quality.
  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. In the event of an emergency or sickness, students are allowed one emergency cancellation per term. Please provide written notice at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation Fees: A full session fee will be charged if notification is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Video Replay for Private Groups: If a member of a Private Group cannot attend a lesson, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance to request a video replay, which will be available until the end of the term. Please note that video replays will be provided only upon request.
